Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 Notice
Patient safety is our first priority.  As such, we have implemented policies to deal with the COVID-19 Virus in conjuction with State and Federal Guidelines.   Understand that you may not be aware of all the steps we are taking, however, rest assured that we have instituted strict policies and are following recommended guidelines.  Some of the steps you will notice are that we are limiting office visits.  We will schedule only one patient at a time to be in the office and no one accompanying a patient may stay in the waiting room.  Please do not show up for your appointment more than 10 minutes early.  If you are more than 10 minutes late you will need to reschedule.  Patients with high risk factors will be rescheduled.  We will not accept walk-in patients.  Patients with elevated temperatures will be directed to contact their Primary Care Physician.  Patients who have difficulty breathing or who cannot hold down fluids will be directed to go to the Emergency Room.  Office visits to review radiology reports and images or to discuss lab tests will be done via either phone or Skype.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  We take these risks seriously and are doing our part to help stop the spread of this virus.

Pain Management and Physical Medicine are branches of medicine focusing on treating the causes of pain and improving the patient’s quality of life.  Often times there are no single medicines or procedures that can achieve this alone.  At Integrative Pain Management & Arizona Physical Medicine, we employ the knowledge and experience of a highly respected interdisciplinary team of physicians who bring a variety of perspectives in treating a patient’s painful condition.  By combining various conservative and interventional procedures, we are better able to help decrease or eliminate the patient’s painful condition and return the patient to a more active and healthy lifestyle as quickly and completely as possible.
